Subscription options are as follows:
- Month-to-Month - $25 + tax & 1st Class Shipping - your card will be charged on the 5th of each month & the kit will ship on or about the 15th of each month - cancel at any time prior to the 5th of the next month
- 3-Month - $75 + tax & FREE 1st Class Shipping - your card will be charged on the 5th of first month & the kit will ship on or about the 15th of each month - cancel any time after receipt of the 3rd month but prior to the 5th of the next month
- 6-Month - $150 + tax & FREE 1st Class Shipping - your card will be charged on the 5th of the first month & the kit will ship on or about the 15th of each month - cancel any time after receipt of the 6th month but prior to the 5th of the next month
- 12-Month - $300 + tax & FREE 1st Class AND the 13th Month FREE- your card will be charged on the 5th of the first month & the kit will ship on or about the 15th of each month - cancel any time prior to your renewal date
